Ordering and Payments
What forms of payment do you accept?
NHM Distributing accepts the following forms of payment:
- Check on delivery
- Check due on receipt: Send us a check once you receive your package.
- Wire Transfers: Please refer to the wiring instructions.
*For credit terms please contact your sales representative for terms and conditions. Customers with credit terms which exceed 30 days past due will be subject to a 1.5% per month late fee (if applicable). Any and all fees incurred in the collection of late payment can and will be charged to the customer in question.
What is your minimum order amount?
On all wholesale orders, there is a minimum of $100.00
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax to all end users within the state of Arizona. Arizona state sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within Arizona unless you have a valid reseller certificate on file. All wholesale customers are required to provide a VALID resell certificate.
Can I pick up my order at the warehouse?
Speak with your sales rep to arrange an appointment for pick-up.
What areas do you ship to?
Proudly serving the U.S., we ship to all 50 states and some areas of Canada.
What is your shipping policy?
Orders received before 2 PM MST should ship the same day (within reason and availability). All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested. Expedited shipping, including overnight, is available upon request.
The customer is responsible for all shipping, insurance, and COD charges.
Are there any shipping restrictions for your products?
A few of our products have shipping restrictions based on the state where it is received. It is your responsibility to know your state and local laws.
What if I miss the delivery?
The purchaser is responsible for acceptance of all shipments. If a package is refused, returned, or not accepted, the purchaser will be responsible for the original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and the cost to reship the order. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
What happens if I refuse my shipment?
We understand mistakes happen. Shipping charges for the refused order will be applied to your next invoice.
What happens if I have broken or missing items?
Orders with broken or missing items must be reported within 72 hours. Please contact your sales rep directly or email us at email@example.com
Returns and Cancellations
What is your return policy?
Here at NHM Distributing we will attempt to resolve any questions or concerns you might have with your purchase. If we make a mistake, we will correct it!
If you are returning an item you must include the Return Authorization (RA) form.
We have an unlimited return policy with a few exceptions:
- No items marked on clearance, discontinued items or old versions of products.
- No items with a limited shelf life (kratom & drug tests).
- Returns must be pre-authorized by obtaining a Return Authorization number.
- Returned products must be received in new condition.

NHM Distributing takes responsibility for all returning items only after we have received them in our warehouse. Upon item arrival, we will inspect and establish the condition of the products. All approved product returns will be applied as a credit to the customer’s account for use on future purchases. We highly recommend shipping all returns with delivery confirmation and tracking numbers to ensure delivery to NHM.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our official cancellation policy allows for all orders to be cancelled for any reason prior to the processing stage. Once an order is in the processing stage, any cancellations will incur an order cancellation fee of $25. If an order has already shipped when the cancellation is placed, all shipping charges for the order will be added to the $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are due within 15 days or will be added to the next order placed by the customer.
